Our application is a Software as a Service (SaaS) providing tools for managing employee leaves, provide a great leave tracking, paid time off solution. We offer both free and paid subscription plans for this application, with varying features and limitations.

3. Account and Registration

• You must register an account to use our application. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information when registering and maintaining your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and not sharing your login information with anyone else. You are also responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Payment and Subscription Plans

• Paid subscription plans offer additional features and/or higher usage limits compared to free plans. You must pay the per-user fee according to the plan you choose.
• You agree to pay all fees incurred from using our service through accepted payment methods.

5. Service Cancellation

• You may cancel any paid subscription plan at any time by accessing your account settings.
• We reserve the right to terminate your service if you violate any terms of this agreement.

6. Security and Privacy

7. Changes to Terms

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of our service shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

10. Refunds

Due to the ongoing nature of our service, subscriptions to DayOffVietnam are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee for the entire billing period.
