Media

You can upload and change your profile image when using DayOffVietnam application. We will use your image to show up to other users in the same company.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact form

If you fill out a contact form https://dayoffvn.com/lien-he, or any other form on this website, the details you enter will be saved so that we can respond to your query.

Cookies

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information. Login cookies will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Data from Google Oauth API

If you sign up of our web app (https://app.dayoffvn.com) using Google, and authorize us to access your Google account, we read the following information and store it on our servers:

• Your profile picture

Data from Slack API

If you sign up of our web app (https://app.dayoffvn.com) using Slack, and authorize us to access your Slack account, we read the following information and store it on our servers:

• Every Slack User IDs of your workspace
• Your Slack Workspace ID
• Your Slack workspace Channel IDs (all channels)
• User name, email, icon and timezone of all users in your Slack Workspace, regardless if you invite them to Flamingo or not

How long we retain your data

If you sign up for an account in our app (https://app.dayoffvn.com), we retain your data indefinitely. You can request account deletion at any time (see section below).
